• Corning 1536 well microplates have the highest number of wells in Corning products and are suitable for high-throughput screening.
• This microplate has the same footprint and size as a standard microplate.
• The 1536 well microplate can be a round or flat bottom polystyrene solid plate (White, Black) or a clear bottom (black).
• The maximum volume per well is 10 μL for the round bottom plate and 12.8 μL for the flat bottom plate.
• The recommended working volume is 8 μL or less.
• The round bottom makes it difficult for bubbles to enter and improves the CV value and Z factor.
• Since the bottom of the well is high and high base, the top leading type microplate reader increases the detection sensitivity.
• The reservoirs on the four sides of the plate prevent contamination of the device even if the reagent overflows.
• Lid is sold separately and you can use Universal Lid (catalog number 3098).
