• When the condenser (2.3~2.5 V type) connected to the power storage base is fully charged by the electricity supplied from the manual generator general contractor V3 or the photovoltaic cell (3 V), the lamp on the base will light, so you can easily see when the electricity has accumulated.
• A separate condenser, a 3V output hand-cranked generator, or a photovoltaic cell are required.
