• Consists of 100% PTFE with excellent heat and chemical resistance, and contains no ingredients other than PTFE.
• PTFE is harmless to the body, and its chemical and thermal stability make it a safe material to use in clean rooms.
• Since PTFE fiber, which has high strength and is widely used as sewing thread, is further processed with special processing, it is particularly excellent in tear strength. Usually, the tear strength is about 20 times that of glass fiber cloth with similar standards used in the same temperature range.
• Since it uses PTFE fiber with special processing, it is possible to make a fine weave with few voids, which was difficult without film lamination.
• Since there is no lamination of film, etc., it has stretchability in the bias direction peculiar to textiles, making it possible to manufacture heat insulation materials and mats of complicated shapes.
• Compared with conventional products, the outer covering material is made of PTFE100% cloth to improve cleanliness, and it is flexible and has excellent chemical resistance.
• The heating wire has been replaced with the conventional nichrome wire, and the adoption of stainless fiber wire makes it resistant to bending and has excellent flexibility.
