Axles and other moving parts must be regularly lubricated.　If the tool is exposed to dirt, it is recommended to provide lubricant * at least every 10,000 cycles.　You should also check the crimp dynest adjustment. If the preload of the tool is significantly reduced, the pressure adjustment shaft must be realigned.　Importance of high-quality crimping When a crimping tool is used for a terminal, two crimping operations are performed simultaneously. One is the electrical connection between the conductor and the terminal. The other is insulation crimping, which provides strain relief against vibration and tension.
