• Sick W4-3 I/O-Link Photoelectric Sensor
• SICK W4-3 The I/O-Link photoelectric sensor is sealed in a thin housing that reliably detects transparent objects. It can reliably detect small gaps between objects, highly transparent thin films, vials with flow marks, and severe lens defects.　To set the sensor, you need to press the Teach Push button once. Sensors reliably adjust to changes in temperature, dust, dirt, and other environmental conditions. Single lens systems can also see through the smallest openings.　I/O-Link is a new communication standard for integrating sensors and actuators into automation systems. The W4-3 I/O-Link can be parameterized and monitored via the fieldbus. Preventive maintenance and service measures can be implemented to significantly reduce product or format change switching times.
