• Microchip Technology's PIC18 (L) F65 K40, PIC18 (L) F66 K40, and PIC18 (L) F67 K40 are 64 pin, low power 8 bit microcontrollers with flash memory. The combination of eXtreme Low-Power (XLP) technology, extensive peripherals, and high-capacity flash memory makes this microcontroller ideal for a wide range of low-power and general-purpose applications. The device provides compact 64 pin QFN and TQFP packages with 32 KB, 64 KB, or 128 KB flash memory capacity. The model numbers for the low voltage type are PIC18LF65/PIC18LF66/PIC18LF67.
