• The CoolSplice large wire splice connector is suitable for splicing 0.75 mm2 to 4 mm2 wires for industry-proven and reliable connectivity. The CoolSplice splice connector has two separate push buttons on the left and right sides of the connector. The ability to terminate wires independently allows for easy and flexible use in factory and field equipment. Pushing the push button with the pliers inserts and terminates the wire into the IDC crimp contact. This IDC technology reduces installation time by eliminating the need to strip wires. These CoolSplice connectors provide visual inspection of the connection and color-coded push buttons to identify the wire size. These CoolSplice IDC wire connectors have gel sealing that provides IPX8 rated waterproofing for use in harsh environments.
