• The Renesas RZ Series RZ/A1L microcontroller features an ARM Cortex A9 processor and integrated peripheral capabilities.　RZ/A1L on-chip features for system configuration include CD-ROM decoders, A/D converters, LIN interfaces, Ethernet controllers, USB 2.0 hosts/features, timers, and real-time clocks.　It includes serial communication interfaces with FIFO/I2C bus interfaces, as well as IEBus controllers and many other components.　The R7S721020VCBG#AC1 has a 32 Kbyte L1 instruction cache, a 32 Kbyte L1 data cache, and a 128 Kbyte L2 cache.
