• MS-LFR Series Filter Adjustment Valve
• The combined pressure control valve and filter are manufactured by Festo.　MS4 and MS6 pneumatic filters remove contaminants with particle sizes up to 5 or 40 μm (depending on the filter cartridge) from compressed air.　Available in pressure ranges from 0.3 to 7 bar and 0.5 to 12 bar, the MS series filter regulator has a high flow rate and integrates return flow from port 2 to port 1.　Provide G1/8 or G1/4 ports
