• Bacitracin-supplemented Chocolate II Agar is a Chocolate II Agar medium (GCII agar medium with hemoglobin and enrichment (isovital X)) supplemented with bacitracin, and Haemophilus can be selectively isolated from specimens of the upper respiratory tract in which indigenous bacteria are present, and excellent growth can be expected.
