• Replacement manifold for inert gases such as nitrogen.
• Each sample container can be replaced individually in two series.
• Procedure ((1) Open the cock 2 to which the cock and the sample container are connected, close the other cock 2 and the inert gas cock 3 (press the knob horizontally), and perform the initial exhaust from the exhaust cock 4.
• (2) Close the exhaust system cock 1 and slowly open the inert gas cock 3.
• Thereafter, the cocks of 3 and 4 remain open while the pump continues to be driven, and the replacement is completed while the two systems are separated by repeating the 180° rotation of the knob of 2 several times as shown in the cock operation procedure diagram. )
