• Scotch (R) All-weather Phone Vinyl Tape 88 T is suitable for use in or outside the factory, such as taping the end cap, wrapping the tape to prevent wear, and temporarily fastening. Commercial tape has a long life and excellent flexibility to protect against moisture. The 8.5 mm thick PVC tape combines a resilient lining with a strong adhesive that can withstand a variety of weather conditions.
• Application: Designed to protect low and high voltage applications against all wire and cable splices at a maximum rating of 600 V and 105°C. Scotch (R) Super88 (TM) vinyl insulation tape is applied in a half-stacked layer to provide sufficient tension.
• It provides excellent protection against wear, acid, alkali and copper corrosion.
• This tape is suitable for low temperatures up to -18°C and maintains high compatibility and flexibility without becoming brittle. Maintains a high level of performance at ambient temperatures of up to 38°C.
• Super 33+ tapes are UL, CSA certified and RoHS compliant.
