- Filter paper made of high-purity quartz (SiO2) fiber. Withstands high temperatures up to 800°C. It is used for air sampling of acid gas, flue gas, exhaust gas, aerosol, etc., and PM10 test. Since the content of alkaline earth metals in filter paper is extremely small, the generation of artificial substances such as sulfuric acid mist and nitric acid mist is suppressed to almost zero.
