• The Vis cuvette is a disposable cuvette made of plastic that transmits 300~900 nm light. It is suitable for experimental methods for measuring visible light, such as colorimetric protein assays such as the Bradford and Lowry methods, turbidity measurement of bacteria (OD 600), kinetic analysis and fluorescence intensity measurement. You can select a macro Vis cuvette or a semi-micro Vis cuvette, depending on the volume you want to measure.
