Although not fully waterproof, all indicators in this series are fully protected from dust and other small particles. It can also be completely immersed in water (maximum depth 1 m) for up to 30 minutes. How this feature is used depends on the application, but if the above guidelines are followed correctly, the LED will continue to work smoothly.
Why LED?
LEDs have many advantages. Long life and low power consumption are key features, but there are many other reasons. Temperature — LEDs generate much less heat than incandescent or neon lights. Directional — LEDs emit light in only one direction, reducing the need for additional components such as reflectors. However, this is not the case when LED indicators are used as circuit board signals.
Do these LED indicators come with the correct fasteners?
Each indicator comes with a fastening nut, washer, and gasket.
