- Note 1: Conditions are rated voltage, chiller, and initial operation.
- Note 2: No restart from closed pressure. Also, it cannot be used beyond the working pressure range.
- Note 3: When the fluid becomes cold, the check valve hardens and the flow rate and self-suction force decrease.
- Note 4: When the cutting fluid with high viscosity (2 mPa · s or more) is collected, the flow rate decreases. In particular, when the pump is used with water-insoluble cutting fluid, the fluid viscosity will fluctuate significantly due to temperature changes. Check whether the pump can be used under actual operating conditions.
- Note 5: The useful life (MTTF: mean failure time) is the average accumulated operating time when the product is operated at the rated voltage, open discharge (0 kPa) and water temperature of 25°C and the flow rate is 80% or less of the specified value. Service life depends on operating conditions (Operating pressure, operating fluid temperature, operating fluid viscosity, operating environment, etc.).
