• By installing six heaters and using a carbon heater as the heating element, the entire board can be preheated in a short time after the power is turned on. The quick rise in overall heating makes it easier and faster to "modify" or "retrofit" multilayer substrates. A heating system that does not contaminate indoor air provides strong environmental support.
• Infrared heaters are extremely efficient heat sources. The infrared heating system has the advantages of being able to freely control output and reduce power consumption due to its superior thermal efficiency.
• Non-contact type that can be used on substrates with double-sided mounting
• Double-sided mounting boards that could not be used with a hot plate type can now be preheated with a non-contact type.
• Programmable for post-reflow modification and retrofit
• By slowly and uniformly heating the entire board with the step method of the automatic mode (up to 3 steps/Step1~3), the heat energy of hot air (hot air) or soldering iron can be transferred to the solder with 100% certainty. It's no longer a case of "working at a higher set temperature because there's not enough heat."
• Power Mode
• Set the heater output at 0~100% to control the heater.
• T/C mode
• After the temperature of the sensor connected to the board reaches the set temperature, the heater is controlled so that the measurement point reaches the set temperature.
• Auto Mode
• The automatic mode function of 3 steps (Step1~3) creates the optimum heating profile for the work, allowing everyone to perform uniform work at any time. Up to 10 channels can be programmed in each mode.
• Method of mounting substrate enabling continuous operation
• Once positioned, the board can be removed and mounted with one touch.
• Flow work can proceed more smoothly.
• Just adjust the vertical and horizontal with screws according to the board.
• Mounting of the board and removal after work can be done easily by spring type fixing.
• Using an optional relay cord, hot air and ON/OFF linked operation can be realized.
• The pre-heater (FR-870B, FR-872) itself can also be turned ON/OFF in conjunction with the hot air (FM-206, FR-803B (End of Sale)) ON/OFF switch operation.
• This function also contributes to work efficiency and energy saving.
