• The operating torque generated in the torque generating direction is constant.
• The initial torque varies from -20 to +40% of the rated dynamic torque.
• Use the door with a torque of 80% or less (7.2 N/m or less).
• At low temperatures, the operating torque decreases.
• In continuous operation, the specified torque may not be generated.
• Use in a location with minimal vibration.
• Do not use the product outdoors or in areas where dust is generated, as this may seriously impair its performance.
• Hexalobular bolts are not for torque adjustment. Do not tighten or loosen.
• Do not apply lubricating oil to this product.
• Provide a stopper or the like in the range where a free stop is not performed.
• Provide a catch to hold the door closed.
• Before installing the product, make sure that the parts to be installed are sufficiently strong.
• Install the torque mechanism unit (male) on the fixed side and the clutch mechanism unit (female) on the movable side during installation.
• Hinge numbers are sold in units of 1 set (left/right).
