The DOTE4/DOTE4-G digital torque wrench tester is equipped with a pass/fail judgment function. You can tell at a glance whether the measurement results pass or fail by the color of the values on the LCD.
The upper and lower limits of the judgment can be entered not only by key input, but also by command input from an external device using a PC or bar code reader. *To input commands from external devices, special software is required separately.
Since the loading device applies the load to the effective length of the torque wrench, calibration conditions are uniform and accurate measurement is possible.
Compared to the conventional DOTE3/DOTE3-G, torque measurement resolution has been improved more than twice.
"ExRcv (Excel Receiver)," which can automatically input measurement data into MicrosoftExcel (R), is available for free download from the TONIC website. *"ExRcv (Excel Receiver)" has been updated to "DtRcv (Data Receiver)" to 2021/3. *An optional cable (No. 383 or No. 385) is required to connect the DOTE4 to a PC.
Comes with measurement result output function to PC or dedicated printer (RS232 C/USB output terminal)
The large-sized DOTE500N4 (-G) and DOTE1000N4 (-G) have optimized the position of the display, making the display easier to read while working.
There are also DOTE4-MD2/DOTE4-G-MD2 equipped with an electric motor-driven loading device suitable for calibrating, adjusting and repairing large numbers of torque wrenches.
DOTE4/DOTE4-G with JCSS calibration certificate and with uncertainty calibration certificate are also available.
The power supply is compatible with 100 V~240 V AC ±10%. Optional battery pack.
