• In the SHS-LC series linear motion carriage made by THK, 4 rows of balls are arranged in the cage and the contact angle with the balls is 45 °, so the load is distributed uniformly in all directions. This allows the SHS-LC system to be installed in all directions. Since the design includes balls in the cage, there is no friction between the balls and a grease pocket is created with an oil film covering the surface of the balls. This enables smooth, high-speed operation with minimal frictional losses and long-term maintenance-free operation. Suitable for a wide range of applications such as CNC latches, drill machines, conveyor systems and discharge machines.
