• 1.3 times the dynamic load rating of the existing Series (LS and LH) 2 times the expected life with newly designed grooves (Increase contact area between ball and rail slide and ball and ball slide to disperse load and reduce surface pressure). The extended life expectancy of the new Series significantly increases maintenance intervals and productivity. NSK maintains the same installation dimensions as the LH/LS Series, so the new NS/NH Series fits perfectly with existing components. Redesigned ball circulation path improves suitability for high-speed applications and reduces noise by up to 3 dB. Major applications include machine tools, robots, semiconductor and automotive production lines, CT scanners, measurement equipment, automation and railway platform doors. Can be used with NSK's K1 lubrication system
• The NSK K1 lubrication system uses a unique blend of 70% mineral oil and 30% polyolefin resin. This enables long-term maintenance-free operation. The linear motion system can run up to 40,000 km without maintenance. Highly reliable linear motion lubrication system. It works regardless of the orientation. Ideal for situations where lubricating oil application is difficult or undesirable, such as when lubricating oil may be washed off or oil contamination is a problem.
