• Why use TREDUX heat shrink tubing? The 3:1 shrinkage makes it suitable for a wide range of substrates and is an alternative to tubing solutions of varying sizes for almost any heat shrink job. It can be used in many industries and is very versatile. A heat shrinkage ratio of 3:1 means that when a tube is heated, it shrinks to 1/3 of its original diameter. A heat gun or heat shrink oven is the best way to shrink tubes. Be sure to check the tube heating temperature before heating.
