• KEMET's U2J Series Multilayer Chip Capacitors (MLCC) are considered "stable" capacitors and can handle a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. With U2J dielectrics, capacitance shifts due to voltage can be ignored. In addition, this product extends the capacitance range available with Class 1 MLCCs to achieve capacitance previously achieved only with Class 11 dielectric materials. The operating voltage range is 55 to +125°C, and the rated DC voltage is 10 V, 16 V, 25 V, and 50 V.
