• This item is produced in our own factory in Japan and is handmade one by one.
• The thermometer that shows the highest temperature from the start of use to the present is called the maximum thermometer.
• A distillation thermometer is a type of maximum thermometer similar to a mercury thermometer. A narrow part called a distillation point is provided at the top of the sphere of the glass tube. When the temperature rises, mercury passes through the distillation point, but when the temperature falls, mercury breaks at the distillation point and mercury above the distillation point cannot fall.
• Mercury remaining on the distillation point before use can be passed through the distillation point and returned to the sphere by shaking down.
• When starting use, swing down the thermometer and fill the bulb with mercury before use.
• It won't drop below the temperature.
• Calibration documents including test results are not included.
