Features
- Stable supply of air, nitrogen, and gas mixture to the incubator
- Two types of gas are mixed and supplied to the incubator. A flow controller is used to control the flow rate so that it remains constant even if the secondary pressure fluctuates, so gas can be supplied at a stable flow rate.
