- Since the inlet temperature, outlet temperature, and amount of drying air are displayed digitally, and the recorder output is also provided, experimental data can be set, checked, and recorded.
- The nozzle section of the spray air line is automatically cleaned by time setting. Clogging of the nozzle part of the undiluted line can be eliminated by pressing the needle with your finger. Since a cleaning port is provided in the evaporation tube, crystals adhering to the nozzle tip can be easily removed.
- In order to prevent liquid stagnation and sample precipitation as much as possible, the layout was designed to take into account the position of the spray nozzle, the position of the sample stirrer, and the position of the liquid pump.
- The discharge pressure monitoring function of the liquid feed pump is provided to prevent the liquid feed tube from coming off or breaking due to clogging of the spray nozzle.
- Magnetic stirrers, suction filters, and air filters are provided as standard to prevent sample precipitation and separation.
- Easily disassemble, clean, and assemble equipment.
