64-5660-31 Non-Latched Hall Effect Sensor AH1815 SEN-14709
Spec
- Bipolar Digital switch using Hall effect
- Designed for portable and battery-powered devices, the AH1815 is a Diodes Omnipolar Hall effect switch that switches the output when a magnet is placed nearby. Reacts to both the N and S poles of the magnet and can be switched on when the N and S poles of the magnet are close. It is optimized to operate at 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply voltages and consumes 24 μW for 3 V operation.
- If the flux density perpendicular to the package (B) is greater than the operating point (Bop), the output is turned on. The output is turned off when the magnetic flux density falls below the release point (Brp). If there is no magnetic field, the output remains off.
