• 5V/1A lithium polymer (LiPo) battery charger
• This lithium polymer (LiPo) battery charger consists of a Microchip MCP73831 charge controller IC and a Diodes PAM2401 boost controller. The built-in protection diode allows multiple cells to be charged in series. While the booster circuit is in operation, the lower the input voltage, the more current can be drawn, so that a strong charge can be supplied in a short time. If a voltage higher than 5V is required, this board can be daisy-chained.

• *Because this board does not have low voltage detection or other battery protection features, we recommend that you use it only with a battery with a built-in protection circuit.
