  • ICP Series 3 Phase Monitoring Relay. Hiquel ICP monitors phase-failure, phase-sequence and phase-asymmetry for supplies with or without neutral. Thresholds for alarm functions, alarm reaction time and phase-asymmetry can be easily adjusted using the rotary switches on the front plate.
