- LKM 282 Digital Programmable Measurement Transducer
- The LKM 282 series is a digital programmable galvanic insulation measurement transducer for thermocouples. This transducer is mounted on a standard rail. The LKM 282 transducer is designed for automotive use. This transducer is high interference resistant and can handle a wide range of voltages (even 8 V supply voltage which can obtain a 10 V linear output signal). Because of its thin 6 mm design, this transducer takes up only a small amount of space on the standard rail and provides optimal impact resistance. Another advantage for all users is that the measuring transducer can program various thermocouples to comply with DIN EN60584-3. The sensor thermal voltage EMF is converted to an output signal in the range of 0 to 10 mA linearly with temperature. This temperature compensation is applied within a measurement transducer configured via a micro USB port.

- EN61326-1:2006 EN61326-2-3:2006. LKM 282 Digital Programmable Measuring Transducer. The LKM 282 series is a digital programmable galvanically isolated measuring transducer for thermocouples. The transducer is mounted on standard rails. The LKM 282 transducer was designed to be used in cars. The transducer has a high interference immunity plus a wide range of voltages even a supply voltage of 8V you can obtain a liner output signal of 10V. A slim 6mm design means this transducer takes little space on a standard rail and has optimum shock resistance. An added benefit to all users is that this measuring transducer can be programmed for a variety of thermocouples all to DIN EN 60584-3.The sensors thermoelectric emfs are converted temperature linearly into the output signal which ranges from 0 to 10V. This is where temperature compensation takes place within the measuring transducer which is configured via a micro USB port. Input Thermocouples - K, J, L, T, U, E, N, S, B, R, C Span: 50K Linearity error: 0.3K Measurement error: 0.2% Error of reference junction: +/- 0.5°C Supply voltage: 8 to 35 VDC, 8 to26 VAC polarity-safe Max. current consumption: 15mA at 24VDC Galvanic isolation: 2.5kV Output: 0 to10V / 10 to 0V current-limited (1mA) Sensor break: 10V typically 11V Short circuit: voltage value for room temperature Response time: 0.5s TC: 100ppm/K Humidity: 95% Mounting: 35mm DIN-rail Material: polyester Dimensions: 100x6x93mm (HxWxD) Type of terminals: screw terminals spring-cage terminals are possible Clamping range: 0.2 to 2.5mm² Weight: approx.54g Vibration: 147 to 500Hz / 300 m/s² 500Hz to 2K / 200 m/s².
