- TE Connectivity Hydraulic Crimping Head for SOLISTRAND Terminals. Hydraulic crimping head with integral dies for crimping SOLISTRAND terminals and splices. This hydraulic crimping heads consist of a yoke which houses the indenter retains the terminal assembly, a latch which allows the yoke to pivot, a cyclinder containing the hydraulic chamber and a piston that controls the moving die. A quick-disconnector coupling on the bottom of the hydraulic crimping head allows connection to a hose. This hydraulic criming head forms part of a hydraulic crimp tooling system and can be connected to hose assemblies (TE part numbers 1583662-1, 1583662-2, 1583662-3), a hand pump (stock number ; 864-6994 864-6994 ), foot pump (TE part number 523199-2) or an electric hydraulic pump (TE part numbers 1804700-2 and 523199-1)
