• 74AHCU Family, DiodesZetex. The 74AHCU range by DiodesZetex compromises of advanced high-speed general purpose ICs. Each logic device provides six independent unbuffered inverters with standard push-pull outputs and is capable of use within a mixed voltage environment due to the inputs being tolerant up to 5.5V. 74AHCU CMOS devices also have low power consumption. The ICs are suitable for use as an inverter within a crystal oscillator.
