• EN60947-4-3 and EN60950. Single-phase solid state relays, SO7 series. Asynchronous solid state relays for highly inductive loads, AC-53 motors and applications with phase angle regulators. Voltage protection for input (transil) as well as output (RC + VDR) for very high immunity to interference. Wide control range: 3 → 32 Vdc with regulated control current. Green LED input display. SO7 products are ideal for controlling highly inductive loads or for use in regulator applications. Solid state relays must be mounted on a heatsink.
