US1A and US1M rectifiers feature matte tin plated leads (solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22 B-102 depending on model). A coloured band indicates the cathode end. These rectifiers are constructed with a glass passivated pallet chip junction that can enhance reverse voltage resistance and decrease the risk of leakage. These rectifier diodes are efficient with ultra fast reverse recovery time and low switching losses. US1A and US1M rectifiers meet MSL 1 (Moisture Sensitivity Level 1), which means the package is robust and not sensitive to moisture during reflow. Capable of managing high forward surges. Applications. These rectifiers are suited to freewheeling and high frequency applications. They can be used for switching mode inverters and converters in computers, telecommunications and consumer products.
