The PowerBLOCK module comes in two sizes 34 mm and 20 mm with voltage ranges up to 1800 V. The dual version is available for phase control or rectifying applications such as soft starters, power supplies and electrical drives. The Infineon 600 V ultra-soft diodes are for motor drive applications up to 30 kHz, AC-DC and solar applications. They have first-rate EMI behaviour in addition to the low conduction losses..
