Originally launched as One Time Programmable (OTP) parts, this range of devices continues to expand as extra features and further improvements are added. The PIC12F1822/1840 family of microcontrollers is based upon Microchip s enhanced mid-range core that features a deep hardware stack and 49 instructions. These MCUs provide up to 8 MIPS, 3.5 Kbytes program memory and data memory of 128 bytes. On board is a configurable RC oscillator with ±1% accuracy.
