• nRF905 Sub-1GHz ISM-Band RF Transceiver SoC. The Nordic Semiconductor nRF9E5 RF transceiver SoC is intended for 433 MHz/868 MHz and 915MHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) Frequency band operation. It features the ShockBurst™ hardware protocol which also supports a serial SPI interface and is ideal for applications requiring long range operation. This nRF9E5 device includes an 8051-core microcontroller in a compact QFN32 package. nRF905 Sub-1GHz ISM-Band transceiver RF Frequency Ranges: 433, 868 and 915MHz ISM-Bands Channel Spacing: 100kHz (433MHz band), 200kHz (868/915MHz bands) RF Power Output: Up to +10dBm Receiver Sensitivity: -100dBm for BER of 0.1% Modulation: GFSK with Manchester encoding OTA Data Rate: 50kbps ShockBurst™ feature automatically handles packet preamble and CRC Supports Listen-Before-Transmit (LBT) Suitable for frequency hopping (FHSS) 4MHz 8051-core MCU with 4KB RAM program memory, 256B data RAM & 512B Bootloader ROM Bootloader loads from external EEPROM on SPI bus 4 channel 10-bit ADC @ 80ksps Up to 12 x GPIO Serial I/O ports: SPI, UART Real-Time Clock Several low-power modes available under program control Power Supply: +1.9V to +3.6Vdc Operating Temperature Range: -40 to +85°C Applications: Wireless data communication, Alarm and security system, Home automation, Remote control, Surveillance, Automotive, Telemetry, Keyless entry, Toys, Local communication for the Internet of Things (IoT)
