- LT1963 - LDO Regulator, Linear Technology. The Linear Technology LT1963A series low dropout ( LDO ) regulators offer an output voltage range from 1.21 V to 20 V along with fast transient response and an output current of 1.5A with a dropout voltage of 340mV. The regulator has a quiescent current at 1mA that will drop to less than 1 microamp in shutdown. The LT1963A has a 1.21V reference voltage and can be stable with a ten microfarad ceramic capacitor. No protection diode is required due to their internal protections that includes current and thermal limiting, reverse current and reverse battery protection. LTC s voltage regulators are suitable for sensitive RF supply applications due to their low output noise.. Low Noise: 40μVRMS (10 Hz to 100 kHz) <1μA Quiescent Current in Shutdown
