• Motion SPM® 2 Series Motor Drivers, Fairchild Semiconductor. A range of advanced Smart Power Modules from Fairchild Semiconductor which provide compact high performance solutions for many inverter motor drive applications. The modules integrate optimized gate drive for the built-in power MOSFETs to minimize EMI and losses and also include multiple on-module protection features including under-voltage lockouts and thermal monitoring. The modules are suitable for driving AC Induction, BLDC (Brushless DC) and PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous) motors.
