With their Industrial modular construction these ranges of PowerBLOCK modules present a combination of Diode/Thyristor (Diode/SCR Phase Control) or Thyristor/Diode (SCR/Diode Phase Control) configurations. The voltage ranges from 1200 volts and higher. Typical applications include soft starters, power controllers and rectifier for drive applications..
