• 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ DB-WL Deburring Wheel. This deburring wheel from 3M™ uses a hard and aggressive Scotch Brite™ that provides a high-quality finish on a variety of deburring tasks and surfaces. With a hard, dense consistency this 3M™ deburring wheel is great for deburring, finishing, and polishing all types of metals, composites, glass to leave a smooth and clean surface. Runs Cool with a Smear-free finish. The Scotch-Brite™ deburring wheel ensures to clean a surface without smearing, which reduces the need for additional preparation for finishing. Constructed from a non-woven material that runs cool and provides a uniformed wear, whilst keeping the abrasives continuously exposed making it perfect for heat sensitive materials. Features and Benefits. Hard conformable wheel for efficient burr removal without undercutting the workpiece Convolute design for smooth running wheel and consistent results Scotch-Brite™ non-woven material resists loading and consistently delivers fresh abrasives for continuous cutting action Delivers a finish that may eliminate the need for further conditioning steps Minimises heat build-up to reduce risk of discolouration and warping on heat sensitive substrates Effective for all types of metals composites and glass, allowing one wheel to perform more tasks. Non-Woven Abrasives have abrasive grains bonded to flexible nylon fibres, which provide a controlled consistent finish. The open web construction provides and maintains a consistent cutting rate.
