• TE Connectivity RITS Plug/Socket Connector
• The RITS (Remote Input/Output Terminal System) plug/socket connector has a high density 2.0 mm pitch and can be used as a standard interface connector for sensors. This 4-pin RITS connector is certified as an industry-standard connector. These RITS connectors have built-in locking levers that provide reliable wire to wire connections and can be pulled even in partially clogged wiring ducts. You can hear the clicking sound, so you can be assured that it will go well. The RITS plug connector has chisel-press contacts. The chisel of the contact penetrates the wire to form a large contact area, eliminating the need for wire preprocessing. The press part of the contact holds the contact and applies pressure. Two-point contact improves contact stability even in the presence of shock and vibration. The cable retention mechanism of this contact allows the wire to be held with greater force than conventional IDC connectors. These RITS connectors are color-coded to identify the wire size. It is also translucent, allowing visual inspection of connections. These RITS connectors make termination easier and faster, improving electrical reliability.
