WiFi, Bluetooth, RS-232, RS-485 and enhanced audio can easily be added to an LCD display through simply plugging in the appropriate module into an installed MOTG interface board. This MOTG MP3 Add-On Module provides a simple method of installing the required hardware to add audio capability to a gen4 LCD Module. The module plays MP3 audio files, such as voice and music, from an inserted microSD card installed in the provided slot. The module can drive a 3W 3Ω external speaker, stereo headphones or connect to an external amplifier. The MOTG MP3 Add-On Module utilises the 4D Systems SOMO-II (SOund MOdule 2) that integrates a dedicated 16-bit MCU for audio decoding. Features.
