• High quality chrome vanadium steel (SNCM20 V) is used.
• In order to ensure a homogeneous and highly accurate tempering (heat treatment) hardness (HRC60°), a continuous furnace is purposely not used, and a completely oxidation-free and decarburization-corrected quenching system using a closed furnace is adopted.
• When applying strong torque to the handle section beyond a twist of 45 degrees after the screw stops rotating, please wear protective equipment such as work gloves in anticipation of damage and take safety into consideration.
