TwistGrip connectors or splices with square-wire spring threads which provide a positive grip and moulded 'wings' to enable a secure connection. TwistGrip twist-on connectors are made from tan or grey coloured UL 94V-2 flame retardant thermoplastic. Maximum operating temperature of 105°C, maximum rated voltage of 600 V for building wiring and 1000 V maximum in light fixtures, luminaries and signs. Wire range for these TwistGrip connectors is a versatile 22 AWG to 8 AWG (3 x 22 AWG Solid min, 4 x12 AWG max).They are for use with copper to copper connections only.
