• UL 467, CSA 22.2 No. 188. TE Connectivity GroundGrip Connectors. GroundGrip connectors or splices designed for making positive ground connections and bonding non-metallic sheathed cable. The GroundGrip twist-on splices have square-wire spring threads which provide a positive grip, moulded 'wings' to enable a secure connection. Made from UL 94V-2 green flame retardant thermoplastic with a maximum operating temperature of 105°C. The maximum rated voltage for these GroundGrip splices is 600 V for building wiring and 1000 V maximum in light fixtures, luminaries and signs. These green splices accept a general wire combination range of 14 AWG to 10 AWG (2 #14 min, 5 #12 max). To be used with copper to copper connections only.
