• Avago HLMP-AD/AG/AL/BD/BG/BL Series LEDs. The HLMP-AD/AG/AL/BD/BG/BL series, from Avago Technologies, are 5mm oval through hole LEDs. This family of LEDs offer precision optical performance and a high luminous intensity. The HLMP-AD/AG/AL/BD/BG/BL series are designed for full colour, video and passenger information signs. They have an oval shaped radiation pattern which makes these LEDs ideal of outdoor applications which require a wide viewing angle and readability in sunlight. The HLMP-AD/AG/AL/BD/BG/BL LEDs have a smooth, matched radiation pattern which ensures consistent colour mixing in full colour applications. They also offer message uniformity across the viewing angle of the sign. These LED packages are made using AllnGaP for amber and red, a high efficiency material. The lamps are made using an advance optical grade epoxy which offers high temperature and moisture resistance for outdoor applications. The LED packages also contain UV-A and UV-B inhibitors to help reduce the effects of long term exposure to direct sunlight..
