The primary function of this contact is isolated. The internal contact body provides all the electrical and electronic functions, and the steel cantilever spring protects while holding the contact. This splitting feature protects the contact from vibration and mechanical stress-induced fatigue. The electrical contacts are made of 0.63 x 0.63 mm square pins. The 4-point socket contact provides high electrical performance and reliability. MQS contacts are designed for safe handling and can be safely inserted into the contact cavity of the connector housing.
