These D2TO20 series non-inductive SMT thick film power resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and have a wide resistance range from 0.01 Ω to 550 k Ω, a case temperature of 25°C at 20 W and a secure solder reflow at 270°C/10s. The resistor is isolated from the metal tab.
