• SHT7x Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensors. The SHT7x series of digital humidity & temperature sensors are CMOSens® based with pins. Both the humidity and temperature sensors contained are coupled to a 14-bit ADC and a serial interface circuit. Humidity is measured using a capacitive sensor while temperature is measured using a band-gap sensor. The SHT7x devices are then able to offer high signal quality, fast response times and protection against external disturbances (EMC).
